По данным МВД РФ, переданным агентством ТАСС, участились случаи, когда телефонные мошенники, выдавая себя за работников военкоматов, обманным путем получают доступ к денежным средствам и аккаунтам на портале «Госуслуги» под предлогом обязательной регистрации на официальном сайте Министерства обороны России.
Схема обмана такова: гражданину поступает звонок в мессенджере от лица, представляющегося сотрудником военкомата. Под предлогом укомплектования личного дела и необходимости регистрации на сайте Минобороны, абонента просят продиктовать код, который приходит ему в SMS. Передача этого кода позволяет мошенникам завладеть учетной записью пользователя на «Госуслугах».
Следующий этап мошенничества включает звонки от лже-представителей Роскомнадзора и ФСБ с предложением перевести накопления на так называемый «безопасный счет». Подобные действия приводят к потере всех денежных средств. В связи с этим МВД настоятельно рекомендует гражданам проявлять повышенную осторожность и ни в коем случае не следовать указаниям подобных «должностных лиц».
Ранее уже публиковались предупреждения о других видах мошенничества, использующих такие платформы, как Google Meet. Подобные киберпреступления становятся всё более распространенными, часто эксплуатируя популярные приложения, предустановленные на многих Android-смартфонах.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs reports: fraudsters are tricking men into revealing their data by impersonating military commissariat employees and demanding registration on the Ministry of Defense portal.
According to the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), as reported by TASS news agency, there has been an increase in phone scams where fraudsters, posing as military commissariat employees, deceitfully gain access to funds and accounts on the “Gosuslugi” (State Services) portal. They achieve this by citing the supposed need for mandatory registration on the official website of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
The scam operates as follows: a citizen receives a call via a messenger application from an individual claiming to be a military commissariat employee. Under the pretext of completing personal files and requiring registration on the Ministry of Defense website, the target is asked to provide a code received via SMS. Sharing this code allows the fraudsters to seize control of the user`s Gosuslugi account.
The next stage of the fraud involves calls from fake representatives of Roskomnadzor (the federal service for supervision of communications, information technology, and mass media) and the FSB (Federal Security Service), who suggest transferring savings to a so-called “safe account.” Following these instructions inevitably leads to the loss of all funds. In light of this, the MIA strongly advises citizens to exercise extreme caution and under no circumstances comply with the demands of such “officials.”
Previously, warnings were issued about other types of scams utilizing platforms like Google Meet. Such cybercrimes are becoming increasingly prevalent, often exploiting popular applications pre-installed on many Android smartphones.
