Tommy DeCarlo, the esteemed lead vocalist for the iconic American rock band Boston since 2007, has tragically passed away at the age of 60. His family confirmed his death, stating he succumbed to brain cancer on Monday, March 9, 2026. DeCarlo had been diagnosed with the illness last September and bravely fought with immense strength and courage until his final moments.

Joining Boston in 2007, DeCarlo became an integral part of the band, touring extensively and lending his powerful voice to their most recent album, ‘Life, Love & Hope’. In a heartfelt statement, his family announced their profound loss, respectfully requesting privacy from friends and fans during this difficult time of grief and mutual support.
