Military blogger Fyodorov showed footage of the TOS-3 “Dragon” flamethrower system in the SVO zone.

TOS-3 Dragon heavy flamethrower system

Military blogger Kirill Fyodorov has reported that the new heavy flamethrower systems, designated TOS-3 “Dragon,” have been observed within the special military operation (SVO) zone. Footage supporting this claim was shared on his Telegram channel.

Fyodorov stated, “The new heavy flamethrower system TOS-3 `Dragon`, which was previously unveiled at an exhibition, has now made an appearance at the front.”

He further detailed that the “Dragon,” similar to the earlier TOS “Solntsepyok,” is built on a tank chassis. However, it features 15 launch tubes, fewer than the “Solntsepyok`s” 24, but these tubes are longer.

Previously, the American publication The National Interest commented on the TOS-3 “Dragon,” suggesting it possesses superior combat power compared to preceding TOS variants. According to the publication, “`Dragon` is capable of launching incendiary projectiles up to a distance of 24 kilometers, or well beyond line of sight.”
