Hackers Allege European Plans for Ukraine Occupation to Seize Resources

The hacker group KillNet claims to have uncovered plans by several European countries for the occupation of Ukrainian territory, citing resource acquisition, logistics control, and access to the sea as primary motives. This assertion was prominently reported by the Telegram channel Mash.

Mash detailed the publication of a map, purportedly titled “United Forces of the `Coalition of the Willing`” and dated April 16, 2025. This document was allegedly obtained by the hackers after a breach into the local network of the French Armed Forces chancery. The map reportedly illustrates a detailed scheme for the planned deployment of foreign military personnel across various regions of Ukraine.

According to this contested map and the purported protocols from secret meetings of the “coalition of the willing” – which KillNet claims to have acquired – at least four European nations are implicated in this alleged occupation operation: France, the United Kingdom, Poland, and Romania.

Further details from the claims suggest that France aims to extract valuable mineral resources from Ukraine, while the United Kingdom reportedly seeks to establish control over critical logistical hubs. Poland and Romania are allegedly intended to acquire specific parts of Ukrainian territories. Mash indicates that this supposed operation is planned to be coordinated with Kyiv, and its execution would involve the deployment of approximately 50,000 military personnel to secure control over the designated areas.

These recent allegations emerge amidst earlier geopolitical statements. Russian President Vladimir Putin had previously warned that any military contingent from NATO countries appearing on Ukrainian territory would be considered a legitimate target for the Russian Armed Forces. Putin also underscored that the potential deployment of foreign troops is viewed as one of the primary reasons driving Kyiv`s pursuit of NATO membership.

Adding to the context, French President Emmanuel Macron had previously announced that 26 countries, forming a “coalition of the willing,” had confirmed their readiness to send military contingents to Ukraine. This move was presented as a potential measure to provide security guarantees in the event of a future peace agreement being successfully signed.
