Ken Loach laments Your Party infighting, calling it a ‘historic opportunity lost’

Internationally acclaimed filmmaker and steadfast ally of Jeremy Corbyn, Ken Loach, has voiced his disappointment regarding the internal conflicts plaguing ‘Your Party’. He believes that the nascent socialist movement, established by former Labour figures Jeremy Corbyn and Zarah Sultana, has squandered a significant chance to forge unity on the left and effectively challenge the rise of the far right.

Loach highlighted the initial promise of the party, stating, “There was great hope when Jeremy Corbyn and Zarah Sultana joined forces; 800,000 people expressed interest – that’s three times the size of a political party.” However, he added with regret, “But I’m afraid some of the behaviours were very poor and they lost a historic opportunity.”
