Mishustin: Technological Sovereignty – A Collective National Imperative

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has underscored that achieving technological sovereignty is a critical, shared objective requiring the combined efforts of the state, private businesses, and the information technology sector.

In a video address delivered to participants of the Kazan Digital Week – 2025 International Forum, Mishustin articulated, “Attaining technological sovereignty is our common task. To succeed, it necessitates well-coordinated, joint actions from the government, business community, and the IT sector. This is the only way we can secure meaningful practical outcomes in the upcoming years.”

The head of government further highlighted the forum`s value as an excellent platform for constructive dialogue on these vital subjects. He extended his best wishes to all attendees for productive discussions and fruitful collaboration throughout the event.
