“Today is likely the warmest day of the week, with temperatures expected to drop slightly afterwards. Today, we`re seeing +25°C, possibly +26°C in the city center, with no hint of rain – it seems we`ve already met our rain quota earlier this week. Tomorrow will bring a brief shower, far less significant than those at the week`s start, and temperatures will cool down, closer to +20°C. Friday will be rain-free again, with temperatures holding steady at +21°C to +22°C. On Saturday, a process linked to frontal systems moving in from the West will begin, leading to intermittent, short-lived showers. These won`t be heavy or prolonged, as the systems pass quickly, and temperatures will remain between +20°C and +23°C. Essentially, August has arrived, and these are the temperatures we can expect until the end of the week.”

In the Moscow region (Podmoskovie), daytime temperatures will vary from +23°C to +28°C, dropping to +11°C at night. An orange weather alert for river floodplains and roads, specifically affecting the Protva River near Vereya, Nara River near Naro-Fominsk, Katysh River near Troitskoye village, and Malaya Istra River near Kiselevo village, remains in effect until 8 PM today.
