“The current thunderstorms are linked to an occlusion front, which is set to dissipate by Friday, bringing sunny weather with temperatures of 25-27 degrees. However, convective precipitation, thunderstorms, and gusty winds up to 15-18 meters per second are expected for the rest of the period. This unsettled weather will continue into early next week.
The two-week forecast does not show temperatures exceeding 30 degrees, with a slight cooling to 23-25 degrees expected by mid-week. Nevertheless, the mornings will be suitable for outdoor activities, while rain, thunderstorms, and localized hail will persist through the weekend, with daytime temperatures of 25-27 degrees on Saturday and 24-26 degrees on Sunday, accompanied by warm nights of 16-18 degrees.”

They advise maintaining safe speeds and distances, avoiding parking near trees and unstable structures, and refraining from using mobile phones while driving. Special vigilance is advised on bridge ascents and descents due to potentially hazardous conditions.

It`s worth recalling that on Tuesday, July 15, Moscow experienced record precipitation: a month`s worth of rain fell in just two hours, with wind gusts reaching 23 meters per second. This resulted in widespread flooding of streets and buildings, and the complete closure of traffic on some major road sections.
