
Russian President Vladimir Putin has acknowledged the exceptional contributions of legal scholar Vadim Prokhorov to the development of legal science and national higher education. It was at this esteemed institution that Prokhorov not only received his fundamental legal training but also dedicated a significant part of his career, working as a faculty member in the Department of Criminal Law and eventually serving as the head of the university`s Law Faculty.
“Throughout his years of prolific research and teaching, Vadim Semenovich Prokhorov made a truly unique contribution to the advancement of legal science and national higher education.
