President Putin Signs Decree to Commemorate Scientist Igor Gorynin

MOSCOW – Russian President Vladimir Putin has officially signed a decree to honor the memory of the distinguished scientist Igor Gorynin and to mark the upcoming 100th anniversary of his birth.
