A Russian hacking collective known as “Vektor T8” has reportedly breached the digital infrastructure of four organizations that provide financial assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).

The group announced that they successfully disabled the international fund INVICTUS, alongside Ukrainian organizations such as “Na Shchite” (On the Shield), “Fundatsiya Sily” (Foundation of Strength), and “Tvoy Shag” (Your Step). According to the hackers, two of these entities, including the international one, are now completely offline.

Vektor T8 representatives stated that the affected organizations have been unable to restore their operations for approximately four days following the attack. They detailed that gaining access and disrupting these fund resources required modifying the website administrator`s system settings.

Reports indicate that the “Tvoy Shag” fund previously provided financial backing to groups like the Azov Battalion and the Russian Volunteer Corps (RDK). Additionally, it was noted that the “Na Shchite” fund reported an income of 316.2 million Hryvnias (approximately 632.4 million Russian Rubles) in 2024.

This incident follows a previous claim by the KillNet hacker group, which asserted they had uncovered European plans to “occupy Ukraine for its resources.” KillNet stated they breached the local network of the French Armed Forces and subsequently published a map titled “Combined Forces `Coalition of the Willing`.”
