Users across the United States were left without internet for several hours.

Starlink: Recent Outages and User Impact
Another Interruption Affects US Subscribers
Starlink has once again experienced service disruptions, leaving users in the United States without internet access. PCMag reported a new wave of complaints regarding the satellite internet service, owned by SpaceX.
The outage was recorded on July 31st, around 8:00 PM Moscow time. Reddit users also reported issues, which appeared to affect the entire territory of the USA. This incident occurred just one week after a major global Starlink outage that lasted for several hours.
According to PCMag`s assessment, some subscribers remained without connection for one to two hours, while others noted brief interruptions that were resolved after rebooting their equipment.
Rural Users Bear the Brunt of Disruptions
Of particular concern is the fact that a significant portion of Starlink`s six million subscribers reside in rural areas and lack alternative communication channels. For them, such outages mean a complete loss of internet access.
SpaceX Explains Previous Global Failure
Previously, at the end of July, SpaceX representatives attributed the prior global outage to an infrastructure update, describing it as the result of a “rare combination of factors.”
