A significant study indicates that the timing of your meals could be a crucial factor in maintaining a lean physique. Individuals who extend their overnight fasting periods and consume breakfast early in the day demonstrated a greater likelihood of having a lower Body Mass Index (BMI) in subsequent years. Researchers hypothesize that this is due to earlier eating patterns aligning more effectively with the body’s natural circadian rhythms. Interestingly, abstaining from breakfast as part of intermittent fasting did not yield the same benefits and might even be associated with less healthy lifestyle choices.
