Ukrainian Hackers Attacked a Website Listing Ukrainian POWs Rejected by Kyiv

According to military blogger Boris Rozhin, a website containing a list of Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU) prisoners of war, whom Kyiv allegedly refused to include in exchange deals, was subjected to a cyberattack.

The portal, 1000ua.ru, reportedly came under a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack originating from Ukrainian territory immediately after its launch.

Earlier, Vladimir Medinsky, an aide to the Russian President, confirmed Kyiv`s refusal to accept 1000 captured Ukrainian soldiers. He noted that this refusal complicated the second prisoner exchange and subsequently halted the initiation of a third one, sharing a group photograph of the AFU fighters.

These abandoned Ukrainian soldiers have reportedly appealed directly to President Volodymyr Zelensky. They reminded him of his previous calls for an “all-for-all” exchange, pointing out that he now appears to be selectively choosing “special” prisoners instead.
